Annual Company Update in Company Registrar

In Nepal, companies are required to renew their registration on an annual basis with the Office of the Company Registrar (OCR). Every company in Nepal should submit annual reports to Office of the Company Registrar Nepal within the six months after the end of the fiscal year.
